1. Services

Abderrazak Bakir provides consulting, development, and digital product services as described on this website. All engagements are governed by individual project agreements that specify scope, deliverables, timeline, and compensation.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom work product created during an engagement is transferred to the client. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries used during development remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Digital Products

Digital products (templates, kits, playbooks) are licensed for personal or business use by the purchaser. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of digital products is prohibited without written consent.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during engagements. NDAs are available upon request and are standard practice for all projects.

5. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Abderrazak Bakir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or products.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins, with milestones tied to deliverables.
